The hotel looked freshly renovated, and the rooms were confortable and well equiped. Breakfast was good, but nothing special, and the staff was polite, eficient and very profesional. The best part, though, was the location. There was easy public transportation to pretty much anywere right in front of the hotel.

First of all, communication before check-in was very good. They offered some special bids for personalize my visit. For example, you can get parking discounts from them. Location was very good. Hotel is so close to Vistula River, you can visit riverside on foot. Going to city center with tram is easy as well, because tram station is so near to Hotel. All staff were so helpful; while check-in receptionist gave a Krakow dragon toy to my daughter :) Breakfast was outstanding; you can find almost everything (cheese, variety of eggs, jams, waffle, cakes, drinks etc.). There was two option (outside and inside) for car parking slots; both were wide and useful. Room was so isolated from noise; especially best quality curtains helped a very vell sleep. Bed was also so comfortable. As a result everything was wonderful, I can definitely advice you to book from this hotel!

Very friendly staff, always smiling and helping! We were on the way home to Ukraine, and spent 4 nights in this hotel. They let us park our car complimentary as well as did not charge extra fee for our puppy. It was a pleasant surprise and we would definately stay here again. Also breakfast is amazing! Great choice with attention to detail: from different types of milk to variety of tea. The hotel has a great eco-initiative: to polute nature less they offer you to skip a day of room-cleaning and in exchange they will leave a little surprise in a special eco-bag hanging on your doorknob. This is a very nice thought especially considering that you do not need your room cleaned or bedsheets changed every single day.

We were happy our room had a large bath with shower. There was an excellent buffet breakfast with a multitude of choices, both hot and cold. Fresh fruit, salad and veggie smoothies were at the top of my list while my husband enjoyed the eggs and sausages. All the staff were exceedingly helpful.

Excellent location: a couple of tram stops from the train station and the old town. Good service: friendly staff who explained all the living conditions. Lovely room: spacious enough, clean room with a nice view. Breakfast: everything is fresh and delicious, a fairly good selection of products, it was especially nice to cook fresh waffles for yourself :)

Hotel located on the heart of Krakow in downtown area. Perfect was amazing very closed to old town and to other attraction and facilities. All the activities were on walking distance. Staff was very kind and gentle. Check in proses was very fast about five minutes.

Decent business hotel, perfect for all events located in ICE Congress Center. Close location to Wawel, Square Market, and Kazimierz. Comfortable beds. Helpful and polite staff.

Great stay, really good price for 3 nights, friendly staff, very clean and loved the location which was about a 20 minute walk to the old town, which suited us as we enjoyed strolling back to the hotel in the evening. We ordered a few Ubers from the hotel which were super cheap and always turned up within a minute or 2. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was about £8. Definitely recommend this hotel.
