Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom had heated floor which is a big advantage. Really nice hairdryer in a room. I traveled here in February, so hotel was pretty empty and quiet. Staff spoke English 👍🏻 Hotel located close to the airport.

Nice New hotel with nice staff . Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is very clean and location is within walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was great and breakfast Room was nice and cosy. Hint : Take tram 52 to rach center and ticket can be bought from machine inside trams stop.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Kraków. The location was ideal, especially for business travelers — just a short walk to the business center and well-connected to the rest of the city. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. It was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed for a productive and restful stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a great selection of healthy and fresh options, including fruits, grains, eggs, and quality coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day. All in all, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

The location is perfect, very near city centre (around 7-10min walk). Very comfy, quite and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, not too much to choose from but still quality food which you would expect to get there. Thanks for the stay!

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I asked if we could get a room with a nice view, not only granting our request but also upgrading us to a room on the top floor. The room itself was spotless and even had a bathtub. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the castle. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It was fresh, fulfilling, and a great way to start the day. The location was also very convenient, with just a 15- to 30-minute walk to the old city, making it easy to explore without needing transportation. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great stay, and we would consider returning!

This was a wonderful, high class hotel next to the Congress center and also conveniently near a major tram and bus station with great access. The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and luxuriously spacey, and the staff very pleasant and efficient. Great air conditioning and atmosphere, very very nice, highest recommendation. I had business breakfast meetings outside and so could not use it but the hotel restaurant looked very nice also. Hopefully next time! Right nearby there was a compact supermarket Zabika open early and until late which personally was very helpful to me also, It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

The Hotel itself is very nice and modern, the complimentary lemonade in the lobby left a good impression with us. The bathroom was modern, room decor was modern and high end. The location of the hotel is great, there's parking but pretty pricey, you can park for free around the corner. I also loved that we got 2 key cards, hotels only give out 1 usually
