Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom had heated floor which is a big advantage. Really nice hairdryer in a room. I traveled here in February, so hotel was pretty empty and quiet. Staff spoke English 👍🏻 Hotel located close to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Kraków. The location was ideal, especially for business travelers — just a short walk to the business center and well-connected to the rest of the city. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. It was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed for a productive and restful stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a great selection of healthy and fresh options, including fruits, grains, eggs, and quality coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day. All in all, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I asked if we could get a room with a nice view, not only granting our request but also upgrading us to a room on the top floor. The room itself was spotless and even had a bathtub. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the castle. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It was fresh, fulfilling, and a great way to start the day. The location was also very convenient, with just a 15- to 30-minute walk to the old city, making it easy to explore without needing transportation. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We stayed there for the very first time, attending the concert in the ICE Congress Center located right next to the hotel. Hotel is new, perfectly clean, presonnel is friendly and helpfu. Room was spacious but still cozy, bathroom was spacious as well, all amenities included. Laptop safe in the room was a big PLUS for me. Breakfasts were rich and tasty, everyone could find something to eat. Food was replenished often. Good beer in the hotel bar.
